Jonathan Scholl – President, Health and Engineering Sector

Jonathan Scholl most recently served for five years as the Chief Strategy Officer for Texas Health Resources, one of the largest nonprofit health care delivery systems in the country. During his tenure, he was responsible for the system's strategic planning and business development functions, information technology, and joint venture operations. Prior to that, he spent 15 years with The Boston Consulting group and served as Head of their North American Healthcare Provider Practice and leader of their Lean Six Sigma initiative for hospitals. He also served as vice president for applications development for the TenFold HealthCare Group in Dallas. He received a master's degree in business administration from Harvard Business School. After graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in control systems engineering, he served five years in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear submarine officer and nuclear power plant instructor.

Tom Aikens – Deputy Group President, Commercial Health

Previously the executive vice president of maxIT*, Tom Aikens has more than 30 years of healthcare industry experience, specializing in business/information technology and sales. He was responsible for overseeing maxIT’s various practice groups, and the maxIT recruiting team. Prior to joining maxIT, Tom served as chief operating officer of a small start-up IT organization, the executive vice president of provider operations for NDC Health’s physician market and electronic claims arena, and the vice president/general manager of multiple HIS solution sets at McKesson, where he led the Series 2000 solution set team. Tom also served in U.S. Army Intelligence. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business (cum laude) from Marywood University and an MBA in management from Webster University.

Mark Perrigo – Vice President, Finance

As the VP of Finance, Mark supports the Leidos Health leadership team by providing financial leadership and support to the Group, and is responsible for developing and helping to execute the Group's financial strategies. Prior to joining Leidos Health, Mark served in a number leadership roles over the last 20 years. Most recently, Mark was the chief financial officer for Computer Science Corporation's (CSC) Global Consulting Business Unit, which had $2 billion in annual revenues across 15 countries, serving primarily commercial customers (including health) worldwide. At CSC, Mark managed key finance areas and was responsible for multiple aspects of the accounting functions including divisional financial statement reporting, billing and collections, budgeting/forecasting, cash management, contract pricing, and divisional internal control compliance. Mark holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from George Mason University, a master's degree in Business Administration from Virginia Tech, and is a certified public accountant.

Chris Freer – Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Commercial Health

Chris is responsible for commercial sales, sales operations, and commercial marketing. Prior to joining Leidos, Chris was the Vice President of Population Health at SPH Analytics, where he was responsible for new business development in outcomes-based analytics and predictive patient engagement solutions. He also held a Group Vice President position at Healthgrades where he was responsible for new business development and client retention.He spent 19 years of his career at GE Healthcare in various senior Sales and General Management leadership roles for their Centricity EMR business, Cardiology IT business, and Global Ultrasound business. He has a Six Sigma Green Belt and graduated from the Program on Negotiation for Senior Executives at Harvard Law School. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration in Global Business from Clark University in Worcester, MA.
